CLASS SCHEDULE

SOULution Pilates is committed to offering high-caliber group reformer classes, which are both challenging and fun.  

Classes are 50 minutes and limited to 5 participants. The small class size allows everyone to receive individual attention and maximize their results.  

Mondays

9 a.m. - Core Basic Reformer: Emphasizes strengthening and challenging core muscles, suitable for different levels of ability.

Tuesdays

7 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer: Intense and controlled fluid reformer class, must be of intermediate level.

Wednesdays

12 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer: Intense and controlled fluid reformer class, must be of intermediate level.

6 p.m. - Advanced Reformer: Suitable for strong intermediate or advanced participants, must be able to perform teaser and planks with good form.

Thursdays

9 a.m. - Core Basic Reformer: Emphasizes strengthening and challenging core muscles, suitable for different levels of ability.

1 p.m. - Core Endurance Reformer: Challenges core strength and stamina, faster paced but fluid controlled class. Suitable for intermediate participants.

5 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer: Intense and controlled fluid reformer class, must be of intermediate level.

7 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer: Intense and controlled fluid reformer class, must be of intermediate level.

Fridays

10 a.m. - Core Basic Reformer: Emphasizes strengthening and challenging core muscles, suitable for different levels of ability.

Saturdays

9 a.m. - Essential Reformer: Slower paced, easier on coordination with emphasis on balance and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
