CLASS SCHEDULE

SOULution Pilates is committed to offering high-caliber group reformer classes, which are both challenging and fun.  

Classes are 50 minutes and limited to 5 participants. The small class size allows everyone to receive individual attention and maximize their results.  

Mondays

**NO CLASSES**

Tuesdays

6 p.m. - Core Basic Reformer: 
A slower paced class to Increase awareness and understanding of Pilates, whilst building the core as your center of strength. Intricate and deep muscle toning that will improve posture, health and flexibility.

7 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer:
An intense and energizing fluid Reformer class, which strengthens and tones the entire body. Intermediate level class Will define your core and challenge strength, coordination and balance.

Wednesdays

12 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer: 
An intense and energizing fluid Reformer class, which strengthens and tones the entire body. Intermediate level class Will define your core and challenge strength, coordination and balance.

6 p.m. - Advanced Reformer: 
Advanced level intensified class that is fast paced, athletic and creative. It challenges strength, endurance and mobility. Must be able to perform teasers and planks with good form.

Thursdays

1 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer: 
An intense and energizing fluid Reformer class, which strengthens and tones the entire body. Intermediate level class Will define your core and challenge strength, coordination and balance.

5 p.m. - Intermediate Reformer: 
An intense and energizing fluid Reformer class, which strengthens and tones the entire body. Intermediate level class Will define your core and challenge strength, coordination and balance.

Fridays

10 a.m. - Intermediate Reformer: 
An intense and energizing fluid Reformer class, which strengthens and tones the entire body. Intermediate level class Will define your core and challenge strength, coordination and balance.

Saturdays

9 a.m. - Essential Reformer:
An intense and energizing fluid Reformer class, which strengthens and tones the entire body. Intermediate level class Will define your core and challenge strength, coordination and balance.

10 a.m.  - Core Basic Reformer
A slower paced class to Increase awareness and understanding of Pilates, whilst building the core as your center of strength. Intricate and deep muscle toning that will improve posture, health and flexibility.
